When should I wear it? Use it any time your thumb needs to be stabilized (may not be suitable for sports use). It can be worn throughout the day and while sleeping for support, though we recommend talking with a medical professional before wearing it for extended periods.
Will it provide complete immobilization? It will not fit like a glove. Expect some wiggle room. Rather than completely immobilizing your thumb, this splint is designed to inhibit your thumb from extreme extension or excessive bending.
